Project Tiers

Tiering' is the process of segmenting projects into different categories to determine their requirements and efforts involved. Project Tiers depend entirely on the organization and its past experience running similar projects. For example, a design agency that gets a brand new project for a high-value client might label it as a 'Tier 0'. Another project that requires formulaic work for an existing small client might get a 'Tier 3' rating.
